2) Your possible loan is around $330k, with your current CPF of $100k. Your purchase budget would be around $430k+.
3) For a 1 bedroom unit in Airstream, average around $650k. You would need to have a cash amount of $220k+.
4) You also need to consider the buyer stamp duty & ABSD which is around $46.6k, which means you have to prepare cash of $266.6k in order to purchase a 1 bedroom unit in Airstream.
